LOFL

I think internet slang is becoming more and more rude/swear-'y', so I still can't tell why LOFL is not in common use. I mean, if OMG, or SU can adopt another F, why not LOL? In fact, the F is so ubiquitous (I hate that word, it's like Asia's favorite word), we could in theory have something along the lines of ROFFFLMFAO without any real changing of the meaning. Or BRFB. And British Internet slang would have a B for 'Bloody', like LOBL or ROBFBLMBAO, although STBU wouldn't work (unless shut the blood up is actually a real term).
